Munch and Move | busykidsstreakybay

At Busy Kids we endorse the Munch and Move program. We include it in our daily routines and dedicate a whole month each year to learn and practice new skills.

The MUNCH part of this program is to teach the children the difference of

'sometime' and 'always' foods and good choices for their lunch box.

We will try some recipes of 'always' food and explore

new foods that the children may or may not have tried.

Our Educators will always promote water as

the preferred drink and will model that to the

children every day.

The MOVE part of this program we practice the fundamental movements skills with Franky and Friends. The children will play lots of games, sports whilst sharpening their movements skills.
